1.) Exercise helps tremendously with releasing stress hormones and increasing endorphin levels, which is responsible for your happy feelings.
2.) Try to raise your heartbeat 120-180 beats/minute for at least 30 minutes a day. You can break up the time according to your schedule.
3.)Walking 20-30 minutes a day is enough if that's all you have time for. It is good stress reduction, along with creating an increased life expectancy by 3.4-4.5 years.
4.) Swimming, biking, and hiking are other great ways to reduce stress.

1.)Your body needs to be strong and healthy and properly fueled to manage your stress levels. Stress is a bodily reaction to anything that disturbs its natural state.
2.) Water is a huge stress reliever. A dehydrated body creates cortisol, a stress hormone, and creates more stress for the owner to take care of themselves.
3.) Start decreasing caffeine and alcohol intake. Both of these increase stress response in humans, therefore try to stick to water as general rule.
4.) For healthy stress free diet, consume more complex carbs, like whole grains breads or pasta. Also foods like oranges that are high vitamin A, and foods like spinach or soybeans high in magnesium.

(Own Picture)

1.)Usually when you're stressed you look at your schedule and realize you haven't been doing the things you enjoy. It could be something as simple as drawing, writing, cooking, reading, and playing sports.
2.)Try picking up a new hobby to decrease your stress. If you've always wanted to learn guitar, then do that. It's never too late.
3.)Learning something new will take your mind off whatever it is you're stressing about.
4.)If you have a busy schedule, set aside just 10 minutes a day to do something you enjoy. It could be a break from a busy day, or a something you can do before bed.

1.)Give your body enough sleep and your stress levels will take a nosedive. Sleep is when your body restores your energy, therefore your body will use stress to keep you awake and active.
2.)Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep per night, and kids need 9-10 hours of sleep per night.
3.) It helps by getting into regular sleep routines. If you start going to bed and waking up at the same time it will teach your body when to be tired.
4.)49%americans who don't get good sleep, blame stress as the reasoning.
