My group selected nuance and tranquility as our musical elements. With nuance, we looked for specific aspects of the song to pinpoint. One of the biggest aspect we looked for in songs was the passion behind its making. When you listen intently, certain songs display a certain level of emotion and emphasis that can be heard and felt. With tranquility, we looked for a more slow paced, relaxing, vibe kind of music. Those songs you hear and make you want to sit back and just enjoy the moment peacefully. Specifically, with the song "Losin Control" by Russ, this is a fine example of both music elements. The true story and genuine approach gives it the aspect of nuance and the slow paced nature gives off the tranquility.
