  • She spent From February 28 1944 to June in prison from June to September she was in an internment camp and from September to December 1944 she was in a concentration camp

I can really see how God worked in her life. Multiple times you will see in the book how God helped her. One time the guards didn't see her Bible. Another time when the jews were hiding in the secret room, the lady with very bad asthma suddenly had no problem with it and you couldn't hear her. There were so many times that God was clearly working in her life and sometimes she wouldn't see it until later. It is really comforting to see that even in a time as terrible as that God is always working. Sometimes you may not see it. It has really put life in perspective for me. I can see how she went through all these terrible things and didn't even waver, and when the slightest thing goes wrong in our lives we tend to get mad or feel like it is unfair. It just shows me how good I have it and how good God is to me.
