In the proposal, I believe that I contributed a fair amount of workload where I suggested the group on what are the things that we should write in the proposal and suggested them that we should include a logo of the project in the proposal. Then I came up with few logo designs for the group to choose. As this is a group project, I realized that it is important to get opinion from the group members. In addition to that, I also contributed in the methodology part of the project proposal and created the questions for online survey and a confession page to be included in the proposal which will be used to conclude the project.

At the end of week 10, we started compiling the things that we did for the online project where we provided links, photos and brief description of each links and the photos we provided in the document. During the compilation phase of the online project, I contributed in giving ideas on how and what should we compile. I believe that I have developed a set of skills that is crucial in collaborative environment such as teamwork, communication, conflict management and tolerance. Working in group has taught me that it is important to be persistent to ensure effective communication and teamwork. It is also important to  get opinion from the group members for self improvement. What I usually do is I would share my designs with the group to get feedback from them if it is okay for me to post it or not. I find that approval from the group members is important when it comes to group work.

Apart from that, this module have made me realized what I am capable of which I am able to work under pressure.  Moreover, this module have also helped me to expand my general knowledge on the topic that we chose. In order for us to execute this project, we need to do a lot of research to ensure we provide the public with the right information hence it gives me a better understanding on sexual harassment. 

I believe the most challenging part of this group project is the research part as we do not want to mislead people wrong information and we need to make sure that we do not use information from unreliable sources. To ensure that we get the information from reliable sources, we would use information from an organization, online journal and articles. I also find it difficult to communicate with the group member as we could not meet face to face and this often make us delay the tasks and eventually lead to last minute work and sometimes may lead to miscommunication but to prevent this from happening, we would meet virtually as an alternative. 

Last but not least, if  I were given the opportunity to work with the same group and do similar project, I'd like to contribute more in the execution of the project this is because I realized that I contributed and concentrated more towards the proposal, compilation and presentation part.
