         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first criteria is a market segment must be measurable. The size, purchasing power and profiles of the segments can be measured.<br><br>Next is that a market segment must be accessible. The market segment can be effectively reached and served.<br><br>A market segment must be substantial. The market segments are large and profitable enough to serve.<br><br>On top of that a market segment have to be differentiable. The concepts are conceptual distinguishable and respond differently to different marketing mix elements and programs.<br><br>Lastly, a market segment have to be actionable.
