         <title>ON OUR OWNI think we are our own harshest critics and all want to improve.  Why isn&#39;t it enough that we pick our own area for growth at the start of the year and self-evaluate the growth made at the end of the year?  We would still be accountable for submitting the plans, evidence, and self-evaluation, but we could seek out input for improvement from whomever we identify as an expert to learn from along the way, and as many individuals as we want. </title>
