Going over lighting with Dave this afternoon helped refresh my understanding of low key and high key lighting from GCSE, as well as helping me understand more about the different equipment we have access to, for example, learning how to change the aperture and shutter speed on our cameras, and learning about Jibs, etc. I found the practical really enjoyable and I know remember a lot more about different lighting techniques and how these affect our perception of a scene. Also, due to finishing our week's work so early, we managed to finish early today. This project has been very interesting and helpful in developing my confidence, team building skills and organisational skills as well.
