         <description><![CDATA[<div>We went for Korean Barbecue on our trip to Vietnam. Even though it’s Korean food it’s quite popular there! Korean barbecue is where you cook right at your table on a sizzling hot plate and everyone can eat what they want. You can grill meats and vegetables and even make your own fried rice.&nbsp;<br>The little plates that come out as accompaniments are called Banchan and can be eaten while you wait and also with the grilled food.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Interesting Fact : Vietnam is the second largest producer of coffee in the world. Vietnam is the #1 producer of robusta beans in the world. (This means that A LOT of people in the world are drinking coffee made from beans grown in Vietnam, but may not know it -- which means it's actually a very familiar flavor profile!)<br><br>The Interesting coffee we tried was the Kopi Luwak<br><br>It’s the world’s most expensive coffee, and it’s made from poop. Or rather, it’s made from coffee beans that are partially digested and then pooped out by the <a href="http://www.iucnredlist.org/details/41693/0">civet</a>, a catlike creature. A cup of <a href="http://tvblogs.nationalgeographic.com/2014/05/09/natures-5-most-expensive-wild-foods/">kopi luwak</a>, as it’s known, can sell for as much as $80 in the United States.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Balinese food is also influenced by many other ethnic cultures. Like Indian, Japanese, European, seafood etc. Balis population consist of 80% Hindu and is very influenced by Indian culture. <br><br>Bali's most popular dish is Nasi Goreng. A fragrant rice dish made from chicken, prawns, and vegetables, topped with shredded omelet or a fried egg, I find it to be the ultimate in comfort food.<br><br>I call it "Nasi De Goreng"&nbsp;<br><br>One of the best desserts was a acai smoothie bowls I ate in Bali. Frozen acai is layered with crunchy granola and topped with blueberries, strawberries, banana and bee pollen.          <title>Turkey - Where taste meets tradition</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Turkish cuisine is the cuisine of Turkey and the Turkish diaspora. It is largely the heritage of Ottoman cuisine, which can be described as a fusion and refinement of Mediterranean, Balkan, Middle Eastern, Central Asian and Eastern European cuisines.&nbsp;<br><br>We were in a local restaurant of Cappadocia where we tried the Labneh, Girit ezme, Zentinyagli (artichoke dish)&nbsp; and Coban Salatasi (local turkish salad).<br><br>Labneh is made of hungcurd, dill leaves and cucumbers. Girit ezme is another famous dip made with ezine cheese, curd cheese, pistachios and walnuts. It was very pungent.<br><br>Zentinyagli was artichokes stuffed with vegetables. It had a strong lemony flavour but I really liked it because it had a lot of vegetables.<br><br>Coban Salatasi was their local salad consisting of tomatoes, cucumbers, long green peppers, onion and flat leaf parsley.<br><br>Krishiv Desai - 3M<br><br></div>]]></description>
