  • There is a problem of rights manipulation

    1. Youth policy will be incomplete without HR approach: without human rights there is no fair policy; but without policies, how HR are ensure?
    2. There is a difference between what we have in mind or in theory and what the reality is.

    1. Проблема манипуляции правами.
    2. Молодежная политика будет не полной без правового подхода: без ПЧ нет справедливой политики, но без политики как обеспечить ПЧ ? 
    3. Существуют различия между реальностью и теорией в нашей голове.

For young people having the specific rights are not so needed and crucial, but specific support measures that can help them enjoy and practice the existing human and other rights equally, fully and easier is crucial.

    2. National security is also a right. A good balance should be found also with other rights. 

    3. States cannot and should not decide alone which rights are more important and priority. Participation is crucial.
