         <description><![CDATA[<p>Bill attended DePauw University, earning his Bachelor's in Psychology in 1950. Bill earned his Masters degree from Purdue University in 1951 and his PhD in 1955.</p><p>Throughout his career, Bill worked at the United States Office of Education and several universities, until settling at Purdue University as a Professor of Education and Psychology in 1966. </p><p><br/></p><p>He wrote/co-wrote about 100 journal articles, 4 books, and taught Research Methods, Statistics and Measurement.  Bill retired in 2003 as a Professor Emeritus of Education and Psychological Sciences at Purdue University.</p><p><br/></p><p>Bill was a Fellow in the American Psychological Association, Association of Psychological Science, American Association for the Advancement of Science, and American Educational Research Association.</p>]]></description>
