         <description><![CDATA[<div>Located in Luzon, these terraces were created by the ancient Ifugao population around 2,000 years ago. The Ifugao people were early agriculturalists, and despite minimal technology, they engineered irrigation systems to sustain the enormous area for rice growing. The terraces cover almost 4,000 miles. They have been referred to as the eighth wonder of the world.</div>]]></description>
