A time I didn't communicate effectively was when I was tired and mad at my mom so I had very bad body language and didn't maintain eye contact. This was a bad communication since I didn't listen to what my mom was saying I was just thinking about what I could say next or just ignoring her. I was not positive during the conversation and I didn't try to fix the problem I just made it worse.
