1. Proposed programming - develop what programs that can be implemented as foundational for the beginning of this venture.

2. Partnerships - in efforts of building community these are connections that are necessary for progressing the effort forward.

3. Annual Calendar - skeletal beginning of activities

4. Financial component for creating revenue to support the expenditures of the determined programming.

and then make appropriate “Abilene” applications. 

3. Present the Marketing Campaign to the community (the final product to put into action)
