I like to be rewarded with doing cool stuff to do in class. If you finish all the work you can listen to music or play games or have a quiet conversation with the person next to you.
2. If anybody was messing about I would say “Exuse me, I am finding you very distracting and when you keep on misbehaving it is very annoying.”
If they misbehave again put them at the back next to nobody and leave them alone.
3. If you are not being enthusiastic enough they might get bored and try to talk to their friends.
4. To make students to be motivated to learn then make competitions and the people who put in the most effort will get a swap seats pass where you want.
5. You can do a D.I.Y project if you finish your project with a good effort quickly. You can make your own project!
