• Students must arrive at school between 7-8am to get in line for professional photos and class photos.

• Promotion starts at 9am and will last approximately 1 hour.

• After promotion students can be signed out to leave for the day and celebrate.

• 30 Day letters to identify students who are promotion ready and those who are not, are going out.

• No noisemakers, balloons or posters allowed in promotion

• No caps and gown per district - mandated by District

• Students will receive a promotion stole

Later, the counselors will schedule another day for 5-10 min one on ones with students. Parents are optional to attend. If you decide to attend we will let your students know the day and time so you can attend. Please check in through office?
