Once I arrived, I saw just what an important member of the team you are – leading on so many fronts every day, and still making time to bring the joy, from your aquatic office mates to Thurs lunches and celebrations for students. Kim, it’s been a privilege to work by your side. You are a thoughtful, skilled, sensitive, creative, and relentless leader. When I watch you coach teachers, it reminds me of the most fundamental truths of helping adults thrive – lead with respect, common purpose, and palpable faith. Thank you for all that you've done to found PHS. During my time working with you, you've consistently modeled our core value of care for person. I specifically remember an advisory where you planned to talk about Student Government. After scholars received the info, they wanted to spend the time to study for an upcoming Math exam. One question from a scholar led to a whole group study session that you led and scholars were super appreciative. This shows how you're willing to be flexible to ensure scholars get what they need. 

Thanks for all that you do for our scholars and the PHS community. I hope you have a great Leader Appreciation Week and look forward to seeing you soon.
