1. Health care quality improvements, I think this is a positive effect because better quality health care could do a lot of good, mainly helping the patients but could also do good for the workers. 
2. Strengthening quality, affordable health care for all Americans, I think this will definitely positively effect health care. So many people are can't even get certain medical attention because of the costs so this will make it so much easier for many, many Americans.
3. 1. Extension of ambulance add-ons, I think the size of ambulances now are perfect for what they need it for. Making add-ons and adding to much room will cause issues. 
2. Presentation of prescription drug benefit and risk information, I think this could be very risky. It could cause many to either sell the drugs because of it containing something certain or people could be on the verge of not wanting these type of medicines out there. 
3. Improving women health care, I think as much as it could benefit women it is a honestly so uncalled for. If women health care gets improved then so should males.
