I spent my summer in the Berkeley Lab Director's Apprenticeship Program and learned a lot from people working at the Berkeley Lab. I also went to Tahoe for a week.
3. I am taking AP Chem because I wanted to take an advanced science class and this class sounded the most interesting. Of course I also want to learn more about Chemistry.
4. I am excited to expand my knowledge of chemistry and explore the subject. Like others have already mentioned, I am excited for the lab component of the class after a whole school year from home.

I took up a Sound Design class managed by BCC as a part of the ECCCO program and my ESCP program. Besides that though, my family and I traveled to Los Angeles for a few days for vacation. We also got tickets to Universal Studios, which was a lot of fun.
3. I am taking AP Chemistry because I thought it would look good on my script. I also wanted to further my knowledge and skills in Chemistry, especially since we couldn't do many of our experiments during quarantine when I took regular Chemistry last year.
4. One thing I am excited for in AP Chemistry is definitely the experiments. Even more so, since we'll be in real school doing them.
5. One thing I am nervous about when it comes to AP Chemistry is the workload and the AP Exam, as I'll also be taking a few other AP classes as well.
