Firstly, you need a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fashion merchandising. Secondly, experience is also important. Fashion designers get experience in thought internship or by working as a design assistant and provide them with the opportunity to know the design, knowledge of textiles and colors and how the industry works.

To become the fashion designers, you need some skills such as: computer skills, communication skills, presentation skills because you need have to communicate with other customers.

Besides, you must follow fashion trends, predict trend 6 months in advance. Sketch every day by hand or computer. And sourcing fabrics and decorations, working with textile manufacters and customer.

I think the company should fix these problems by:

First, they should provide a trash bin at each sewing table for worker

Second, the company need to provide small boxes to store necessary items

Finally, they should provide chairs with backrest and footrest for workers

If the company can improve the above, i believe that the company's productivity will be enchanced.

+ The actual sample does not have the white letters on black label attached 1” below collar stand.

+The spec sheet requires that the neck width from highest point of the shoulder (HPS) to another HPS is 5 5/8” but in actual sample it is 8” . You need to take it in 2 3/8 ’’.

+ In the spec sheet, the pocket is on the left of garment with 6’’depth and 4’’width  instead of on the right. – how do you need to revise?

+ The armhole-straight as required in the spec sheet is 8 3/8’’ long but in the actual sample, the length is 8’’ . You need let it out 3/8''

+ In the spec sheet, the cuff opening is 4’’ instead of 6’’, so you need to let the cuff opening of the sample in 2’’

+ The waist in the spec sheet is 15 1/2'' but it's actually 24'' as I have measured on the sample, you need to take in in it by 8 1/2''.

+ The bottom opening in the spec sheet is 17'' but it's actually  measured you need to take in in it by 8''.

I have given some comments on the prototype of the shirt and also some suggestions to revise it. I hope that  you will soonly revise the sample and give us back on next day.

 On the 20th of February, our company had some accidents. Firstly, worker A in sewing group 1 was injured in her hand. While inserting the needle,because of forgetting to turn off the power so the machine was still working, she was stabbed by the needle. I think all workers should pay attention to turn off all equipment when not working to ensure safety. After that, worker B in the pressing group was burned on hands. Because he is a new worker so he does not have experience and due to negligence, he was injured. I suggest that all workers need to focus and comply with safety rules while working.

First, I think you should have a CV. It included curriculum vitae, cover letter, reference letter. Curriculum included personal details, work experience and skills as time-management skill, mapower management development. Second, dress for the job properly is very important. You apply for designer position so you will choose a special outfit to show your style and make impresstion.

Third, you should look for required information of the company about your job as responsibility, qualification , some major skills. you can find on fb on the company’s adverfisment.

Finaly, it is the most important, you need to prepare and pratice examples of interview question.

From this, you will fell more confident with the question asked by the interviewer.

On my own strengths, I have good expertise, beable to adapt to fax work the skills needed to serve the job such as computer skill, technical ability and teamwwork but I still have weakness that are limited language skills.

In the next 5 years, I want to have a a stable and suitable job for my self, then I will go to learn more foreign languages to improve my knowledge and may be travel once a year. I want to work at garment company  in HD to be able to do the right thing I study.

 As I know, your company is one of the largest garment companies are weell and the treatment regime is also very considerate. If possible, I would like to work as a fashion designer. I think I suitable for this position because I have experence, while I was in school, I went to work part-time in clothes shops as a designer. I can use the design sofeware on computers, and have knowledge of materials and colors. I am quite lively , hard working and friendly to every one.
