We did many different activities. I think most of them can be integrated to my classes, but my favorite one is Text with lies. When I go home, I will try it with my students. At first I would like to try Hidden word activity although I wasn’t successful in it. :( It is easy to   Plan and do in my classes. I think they will enjoy it if I do it with familiar vocabulary and structure. The idea of winning will motivate them. Also I want to use Flipgrid for performance work and speaking exams. students will be more comfortable and self confident while speaking. They will have the chance to listen to themselves and correct their mistakes easily. It will also be time-saving for me.

I like it and It is really enjoyable, but it could be difficult with crowded classes. 
The most important idea I got from morning session is that Reading aloud is sometimes useless. I generally make students read aloud. I have realized that it turns into a torture for the student. From now on, I won’t make them read aloud in my reading lessons.
2) I will try Jigsaw reading with my less crowded classes, especially with my language class.
I like KWL chart. It is easy to do it. Most of students could involve in the activity and share their ideas.
Line Up Discussion can be implemented in PDC meetings since everyone has the opportunity to  speak to each other and to share their opinions about the topic.
3) I believe that monitoring should be supportive and provide guidance. The teacher should be everywhere around the class. When it is time to give feedback, it should be on time, should engage the learners and shouldn’t be the same all the time. Agony aunt can be done easily because it doesn’t require tech or others. In addition, they may like the idea of suggesting different options. I can use Padlet writing as homework since it could be difficult for me to control whole class. 
2) I think my colleagues will be interested in web tools as they may make writing enjoyable, but at first I should try them. :)

For example, with language classes we teach grammar seperately and help them understand the structure because they need to details for university exams, but in other classes we can make use of some content to elicit the structure. 
2) I think the importance of CCQs can be discussed since most of the time we forget to use them effectively at first and then we can talk about way of teaching grammar implicitly or explicitly.
3) I like Dolmus game as it is an enjoyable way of revising the words taught before.
In teaching vocabulary, I usually show pictures and mime of it is possible or use synonyms and antonyms. While eliciting the answer, I write the answers on the board and I don’t focus on the pronunciation of it. From now on I will try keep it in my mind.

Most of the time, we use quiz to get feedback from them. We use them as performance work grade. In language classes we sometimes use Kahoot as an informal assessment.
2) I think the best part of being in PDC are sharing ideas, experiences, collaboration and exploring different techniques or activities. It also provides refreshment for us. By this way, we can improve our teaching and our students’ thoughts about English may change.
3) Maybe, we can exchange our ideas and experiences about our PDCs.
