         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The Senate</strong> consists of 100 members, two from each state. Members of the Senate are elected for 6 years. </div><div>The main function of the Senate are appointments and control.</div><div>Each senator has one vote. The decision is considered adopted if voted for by a majority. </div><div>The Senate uses the standing and temporary committees for various purposes, including the consideration of bills and oversight of the executive branch. At the moment, the US Senate has 16 standing committees.</div><div>Since 2014 in the Senate consists of 44 members from the Democratic Party and 46 members of the Republican Party.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The House of Commons </strong>contains of 650 members. </div><div>In the House of Commons includes such persons as the speaker (Since 2009 is the speaker John Bercow), the vice-speaker, leader and clerk. House of Commons includes general, select and joint committees, as well as the Committee of the Whole House. </div><div>The House of Commons consists of Members of Parliament. MPs are elected either at a general election or at a by-election following the death or retirement. Parliamentary elections are held every 5 years and it is the Prime Minister who decides on the exact day of the election. Nearly all MPs are members of political parties. Most representatives of the Conservative Party. </div><div>In the House of Commons begins its consideration of many bills. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The House of Lords </strong>consists of nearly 1200 peers. The head of the House of Lords is the Lord Chancellor. Since 2016 the Lord Chancellor is Elizabeth Truss.&nbsp;</div><div>There are two ways to get into the House of Lords. The first is by brith - by hereditary peerage - and the second is by appointment. The majority of members sat by virtue of a life peerage.&nbsp;</div><div>The composition of the House of Lords included the Lords spiritual and The Lords temporal.</div><div>The House of Lords also involved in lawmaking. It includes the same stage as the House of Commons. Bill passed for examination and approval to the House of Lords.&nbsp;</div><div>The House of Lords is characterised by independence of thought and a commitment to in-depth consideration of public policy.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The executive branch is represented in<strong> the UK Government.</strong></div><div>The political party that wins the most seats at a general election forms the Government for five years. The leader of the winning party is appointed as Prime Minister and chooses other party members to work in the Government with them. Since 2016 the Prime Minister is Theresa May, the leader of the Conservative Party. Theresa May has formed a new government in the United Kingdom.</div><div>The Government is responsible for deciding how the country is run and for managing things, day to day. </div><div>The Government is accountable to Parliament. This means that ministers must respond to debates, inquiries and questions from MPs. Government ministers are required to come to Parliament regularly to answer questions, respond to issues raised in debates and keep both Houses informed of any important decisions they take. </div>]]></description>

Since 2017 the president will be Donald Trump - the representative of the Republican Party.</div><div>All people of 18 years old and above have the right to choose the President every four years. Along with the President people can choose the Vice President. The president and vice president elected by indirect election via the electoral college. One President can be chosen only for two terms.&nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div>Executive power located in White House.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The composition of <strong>the Supreme Courts</strong> include: <strong>the High Court, Crown Court </strong>and <strong>Court of Appeal. </strong></div><div>     1. <strong>The High Court</strong> consists of 80 judges and is divided into three branches: the Court of Queen's Bench, Chancery Court and the family court.</div><div>     2. As part of the 18 <strong>Court of Appeal</strong> judges, known as Lord - dzhastistami and headed guardian of the judicial archives. Cases heard by a panel of three judges.</div><div>     3. <strong>Crown Court</strong> examines criminal cases. Its composition is diverse. Depending on the type of crime, the case can be considered a district judge, a High Court judge, a lawyer has specialized education and credentials (barristers or solicitors) or Acting Judge. <strong>Barristers</strong> are lawyers who have the exclusive right to speak in the lower and higher courts. <strong>Solicitors</strong> are lawyers who represent the interests of the parties in the lower courts.</div><div>   </div>]]></description>
