         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many reasons a nurse may lose motivation and potentially burnout. Stress and low job satisfaction are the biggest factors leading to burnout. The sources of stress that reduces motivation can come from a variety of places. Stress at home can lead to a decreased level of motivation at work, but the work environment can be another factor that may influence decreased motivation levels.  <br>(Fultz, Lengerich, Walker, &amp; Bugajski, 2018) </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Poor management of a unit can cause stress and has been identified as a leading cause of low job satisfaction.<br><br>Nurse managers need to utilize quality leadership and effective communication. They also need to provide nurses with an efficiently run unit with appropriate scheduling and patient loads. <br>(Fultz, Lengerich, Walker, &amp; Bugajski, 2018) <br><br>Hiring nurses in an expensive investment for hospitals. Nurse leader's role is to ensure that the nurses are working happy and healthy so that patients receive the best outcomes and so that they do not burnout and leave; wasting the hospital's money.<br>(Koch, Proynova, Paech &amp; Wetter, 2014) </div>]]></description>
