candidate a

introduction:

A city is an area in which a large number of people live fairly close together. Young people prefer to live in cities than in rural areas because cities have better medical care.

content 1:

The first reason is, health facilities in cities are more advanced and latest. Cities provide more high tech medical devices than countrysides. For example, you can easily find robot healthcare assistants in any hospitals in a big city you visit. They will help to serve people and as the result, you wouldn’t have to wait so long in queues and waste your time just to wait for your turn. This proved that living in cities are more advantageous and will help you to live longer and healthier because of the better facilities you can enjoy.

content 2:

Secondly, location of health facilities in cities are more strategic. You can easily find a hospital or even a pharmacy just by a 10-minutes of walk. Unlike in rural areas, some people have to drive up to few kilometres so they can get the treatment they want. This is very inconvenient especially for elderlies as this would make them uncomfortable to sit in a car for hours.

content 3:

Lastly, medicines availabilities in cities are much better than countryside. people wont have to worry about their medicines running out since they can easily get them in any pharmacies nearby. There is no need to travel up to hours to replenish their medicines.

Conclusion:

To sum up, living in cities is very advantageous especially for in health aspects. There are a lot of facilities provided in cities compared to rural areas. Research also shown that city people are more likely to live longer and healthier.

candidate b

introduction:

The reason why young people choose living in cities than rural areas because of the advantages of getting to shop a lot. Cities have the largest population of livings, that’s the reason why most of developers decided to grab the chance by building shopping malls. People can buy and get anything they want easily

content 1:

It is known that, there are a lot of shopping malls in the city. People can have a lot of options of malls to visit within few kilometres. It’d make life easier as well as people can visit more than one mall in a day. For instance, you can shop at Sogo and move on to Pavillion Kuala Lumpur as the locations are only few minutes away. In brief, you can save your time and money as well as get to find your things.

content 2:

Secondly, you can get a wide variety of products. Unlike living in countryside, it only has 1 or 2 small stores. You can always find and get a better quality of products. For example, you can always do a comparison between the same dress you want from different stores. it can help you with making a better decision and compare prices. in conclusion,

content 3:

Lastly, public transports are usually connected to shopping malls in cities. It’ll make your transportation easier, smooth and efficient. for example, One Utama shopping centre has a Mrt station. you can get into the mall by just using the MRT. Public transport like trains are usually cheaper than any other transportations. This proved that, living in cities are cost effective as it has a lot of infrastructures.

conclusion:

To sum it all up, living in cities are very convenient despite the high rents. Cities are very beneficial because they provide everything, from public transports to shopping malls. It is very efficient as you wont have to travel kilometres away to get the things you want. Government should start upgrading all the rural areas into cities so everyone can evenly get the benefits as well.

candidate c

introduction:

Living in a big city would be better than living in countryside due to the fact that all of these facilities would be readily available.

content 1:

People in the city work in different kinds of jobs, while in the countryside there aren't often a variety of job opportunities. People in the city work at all different types and levels of professions, as well as in factories, in service jobs, and more. Children growing up in the city learn that there is a wide range of jobs they can choose from when they grow up. They have a greater possibility of choosing a career that they will enjoy and do well in. This is perhaps the most important thing before beginning with their education.

content 2:

Other than that, living in a big city almost guarantees children a better chance of receiving a better education than in the countryside. In most countries, it is no doubt that level of education in the city is higher than that of the in country are. It only stands to reason that more populated areas are equipped with more schools and facilities such as large libraries, museums, sport facilities, and other educational establishments that can assist children in their overall education.

content 3:

Lets get to the last point, cities have more courses and learning institutions to choose from. Educational institutions play a major role in shaping the career of its students. The more successful students are in their career the better the growth opportunities and a great future which in turns proves out to be useful for the society, country they are residing in one way or other. Hence, it is a prime role of the educational institutions to guide the students on choosing a perfect field of study.

conclusion:

In a nut shell, it is generally believed that it is better for children to be brought up in the city not only because it can socialize them, but also because they can receive better education and have a better chance to get a suitable job.

candidate D

introduction:

Entertainment can add salt in a discomfort and distasteful life. It is the way of entertainment which keeps the life going. Or else, life becomes very dull and boring. Entertainment gives the life its charm and energy. Trust me or not, you can find more entertainment in cities rather than countryside. be it watching a movie in cinema or even hanging out with your friends.

content 1:

Firstly, in cities you can easily find theme-parks. This kind of entertainment is not only for kids, but adults as well. You can do a lot of things in theme-parks. For example, risk it all with trying a rollercoaster. It might sounds scary and frightening, but it’s actually so fun. Especially when you can scream all you want whilst riding the rollercoaster. This shows that, entertainment can help people let out everything and release the stress.

content 2:

Not only that, we know that cities have a lot of cinemas. Teens specially love looking for this kind of entertainment. They won’t have to do much, just buy a ticket and enjoy the rest of the movie. For instance, the recent movie released like Thor: Love and Thunder got a lot of attention from teenagers from all over the world. In brief, living in cities are better because you can find a lot of cinemas instead living in countryside where you have to travel kilometres away to watch a movie.

content 3:

Quality times are so important for each family. Living in cities means more quality times. It has a lot of hanging out port or even fun places to visit. To illustrate, we have Titiwangsa park in Kuala Lumpur. A lot of families get together and have a picnic there in evening. More quality times means better quality life. This can help tightening the bond between each members from the family.

conclusion:

In conclusion, living in city is a better option someone can make. Cities have a lot of entertainments and it can help people to find comfort after a stressful day. Research also says, people who live in cities have better mental health compared to them who is from rural areas.

candidate a

introduction:

Living in a clean environment makes life healthier, less stressful, and more pleasant. Community effort is so important in making sure the cleanliness of our surroundings areas is always taken care of. Community plays the most important rule in our neighbourhood.

Content 1:

When it’s about neighbourhood, it also means that it involves everyone. All residents will take a part, no matter young or old, man or woman. everyone will gather around and work together. As an example, ‘gotong-royong’ are usually be held once a week. that means everyone will get to meet each other every week. that ensures the environment’s cleanliness and as well as tightened the bonds between residents.

content 2:

Have you ever heard of ‘many hands make light work’? this can prove that, with working in community the objective to have clean environment will be easier to achieve. It means a lot of works can be done in 1 time. For example, you can divide the task to everyone. Maybe few people can help clean the pool, some other few can help with pickup the rubbishes in park. Thus, everyone can experience the feel of cleaning together.

conclusion:

To sum all up, hard work pays off. People that work in group tend to be less stress since the work they do will be much easier. You won’t have to worry about other things since other people can take care of them for you. Community efforts in making sure our environment is clean are cost effective. People should work more in community rather than alone.

candidate b

introduction:

When we talk about monitoring, it means we keep our eye close to something. it also means, better way to prevent bad things to happen. We monitor our environments by giving out any informations to authorities in case something or someone threatening our mother nature.

content 1:

Keeping our eye close on everyone will prevent littering to happen. People will begin to be more mindful and be careful. For example, using social media to expose anyone that throws rubbish outside the car. This will creat a positive pressure on everyone. People will not do anything that will harm and embarrass themselves. In brief, this way is one of the best way to keep monitoring everyone.

content 2:

Secondly, when people start to work together as authorities’ ‘cctv’, citizens will begin to be more mindful. They will be scared in case they got exposed. This somehow will make everyone take care of the environment together. At the end, selfishness in people can be eliminated easily.

content 3:

Lastly, with monitoring we can eliminate any illegal activities. We can give any informations to the authorities and help law enforcement. For example, a company dumping chemical waste illegally in the sea, this will harm the livings there. By giving out informations, they can take actions by summoning whoever that found guilty. At the other hand, this will make everyone realise and scared to do anything that will harm the environment.

conclusion:

To sum all up, everyone needs to gather around and be together in making sure our environment is clean and safe. This to ensure the life that next generations will live. How are they supposed to live if we left a lot of bad stuffs behind.

candidate c

introduction:

Campaigns are one of the effective ways to spread awareness. To make sure our environment clean, we have to make sure everyone is aware of what is going on. There is a of campaigns we can do in order to make the objective becomes reality.

content 1:

First and the most important, campaigns can start in school. Campaigns doesn’t mean you have to print out a big banner, scream and all, campaigns can also be done by teaching the kids on how importance our environment is. At this age, kids are in there brain development stages of an individual, so it will remain as a fundamental learning for them. Thus, it is easier to teach kids than teenagers or adults. In brief, they will understand from the young age and will begin to live in a healthy and clean lifestyle.

content 2:

Campaigns not only to make people realise, but also increase the awareness. People will begin to understand the importance of cleanliness. They will be more aware and begin to take everything seriously. For example, they will try the hardest to prevent dengue fever and any diseases by always making sure there is no stagnant water. In brief, people will start living in healthy lifestyle.

content 3:

Lastly, campaigns can help to promote individual responsibility. It will make people realise and start to take a part in. As the impact, we can see the huge difference in amount of people that contribute in and try their hardest to save the environment.

conclusion:

In conclusion, campaigns play the most important role in saving our environment. it’ll spread awareness faster and people begin to understand and participate. we can save our earth together if we stick around and eliminate the selfishness.

Candidate D

Introduction:

There are a lot of ways to make people have self-awareness. And one of them is by holding a cleanliness competition. This competition is healthy and beneficial. it can help people grow attached to being clean.

Content 1:

The first and most important point is of course any competitions are tend to be fun. they are usually competing and aggressive. People want to be the best, in order to be the best they’ll do the best. For example, a competition where you have to take as much as rubbish you can, and one who has the most will win. This will make everyone find any rubbish they can and it’ll help the environment as well. This prove that, right competitions can help us in cleaning the environment.

content 2:

Secondly, competitions can be our regular activity too. This can be done as a family activity. A family can held this type of competition once a year. Cleaning the house can be the task for everyone, and whoever failed to keep their ‘space’ clean will be punished like singing a funny song. This activity actually can be fun instead of competing. Fun and relax activities are surely will be much better.

content 3:

Lastly, when this type of activity get normalised, it’ll give the long term effects. People will start to realise and make cleanliness as a part of their life. Not just that, it will also become our culture just like what happened in Japan. It will inspire everyone not just the people from Malaysia but all around the world.

Conclusion:

To sum all up, by holding competitions, people will start make it a habit and normalise it in their daily routine. It starts with school, home and so on. In my opinion, schools or even residential areas should held more competitions regarding to cleanliness.
