people with down syndrome usually have a more flat face, smaller ears, and more upwards eyes. They also normally grow at a slower pace and stay shorter than most people. They also have low muscle tone, increased flexibility at the joints, and decreased strength. People with Down syndrome typically don't have the same motor skills as other people.
