1. What would you like to do after your graduation?

After my graduation, which I expect to be very soon, I would like to apply all the knowledge that I obtain in my own company. Then and in the time that i make some savings, I will continue my studies maybe with a Master or a Ph. D. I think that the most important thing that anyone could have is the education. Besides, I am also interested in helping other people with their business, maybe giving advices or finding what kinds of things could be better or improve to have a succesful company.

2. What is your dream company to work for? Why?

My dream company to work for has always been Google. This company is recognized to have so many benefits for their employes. For me, a good life is important in a world where the stress in a common factor in our daily routine at work. Although, if you look for the benefits in the company, you can grow inside the company and work in other areas.

3. Will you apply to that company as soon as you graduate?

I will not apply to Google as soon as I graduate, because I have my own company that requires so many time and effort every day. But If I would not have it, I will apply inmediatly. I believe that the first company where you work, establish a precedent in any career, because it provides you experience in the sector and they can recommend you in other companies with similar values and objectives.

4. What skills will you need to perform properly in that company if you get hired?

If I get hired, the skills that I will need to perform properly in Google are adaptability, problem solving, organizational skills and critical thinking. Those skills are esential to work as a bussines manager because the work of every day is challenging. I will need so solve so many and unpredictable situations, so having a critical posture will give the ability to manage the situation.

5. Would you prefer to start your own business if you graduated this year?

If I graduated this year, I would prefer to start my own bussines but in another sector of the economy maybe related with the one that I already have. At the begining of every company, the pressure and stress are a common factor that can get you down, or maybe when you start to offer your services and products, the people also can turn you down. Regardless of all of this, I know that I have to calm down, and realize that the results totally worth it.

6. Would you continue your academic process if you had the chance to do it?

If I had the chance and enough money, I Will continue my academic process. I know that there are so many facilities in Colombia even in private institutions, as scholarships, credits or even when a university gives an award grand. Sometimes I think that the last option is not possible because there is a lot of competition. However, someone said to me a long time ago that I should not think in a negative way, if I really want that big things happen to me.

7. What university and area would you choose to major?

For major programs I would choose The University Santo tomas, but I have not decide yet in which area. I have two options: Finance or International Business. I have a friend that told me International Business is the best option if I wanted to grow faster in the sector. It is challenging but not impossible for someone like me. On the other hand, Finance will makes me understand more about the countability part of any company and gives me other perspective and the ability yo anticipate any risk that happen in the global economy.

8. Which could be your impact in your professional performance?

As a professional business manager, my impact on my professional performance could be significant in so many ways. First, in communication by creating relationships of trust, collaboration and motivating others to propose new things, like to have iniciative in doing things even better. Second, leaving a precedent of improvent in every area of the company where there will be a progress in each sector. Finally, improving the accountability area, to grow and prevent risks and how to manage them.
