         <description><![CDATA[<p>1#</p><p>Walmart:</p><p>       Walmart keeps customers relationships by using 'everyday low prices', which means that all their products are low cost. Walmart also treats their customers like their boss. These factors contribute to more people being attracted to the company and their stores. </p><p>Amazon:</p><p>       Amazon personalizes customer experience, and keeps customer personal information safe. This draws more people to buy their products. </p><p>2#</p><p>       I have taken away, that customer relations is key when having a company. This helps with having more customers, and you get more money. They will recommend your company to others. The main aspect is familiarity and customer service.          <description><![CDATA[<p>So the way Walmart keeps its relationship with its customers is that they use 3 main key goals that the company will have and use. </p><p><br/></p><ul><li><p>The 1st way is that they create a really nice in-store experience. They have welcoming staff and make the shopping fun. </p></li><li><p>The 2nd way is that they will have the customer's convenience by allowing pick up and drop off at the same day</p></li><li><p>Walmart has nie activities once in a while allowing the community to engage and have fun too.</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>2) After reading the article, the most important aspects are that you will have to engage the customers since a better audience can allow your sales to grow and that can bring upgrades to the company and basically benefit the company. That is one of the most important aspect of maintaining a nice relationship with them. </p>]]></description>

This focus on convenience and speed caters to customer's desire for quick and hassle-free shopping.</p><p> Amazon actively checks customer feedback. Reviews and ratings not only help other customers make informed decisions about products and tell them which products are performing well and which ones need improvement.</p><p> Amazon also continually invests in technology, from voice shopping with Alexa to advanced delivery methods like drones.
