<title>Now that I have a better understanding of reflection, I am going to plan different reflections based on my purpose. I always thought I had to do a whole group, progress response while I ask questions. Now I know that reflections can look differently based on purpose.</title>

<title>We want all of our students to think critically and to be able to share their thinking with their peers and respond to the thinking of others. Somehow, I think I failed to realize - for a long time - how important it is for us to model and teach the thinking strategies. Once students see and hear our thinking, they have to work at doing the same thing in their own reading, and learn to share in meaningful ways. Reflection is an important piece of metacognition, as it heightens our realization of what we are doing to make sense of the things around us. </title>

<title>I think integration of strategies requires a lot of planning and consideration of content. What strategies might work best together to meet this goal?</title>

<title>I agree that sometimes the students elevate the connections! The strategies are so individual, as are our students.</title>
