When world war 2 came along and the Nazis invaded Poland her family was under Nazi occupation. Her actions were very restricted in what she could do. One day her father told her they were going to be hiding two Jews so that they could avoid the concentration camps. Their names were Mojez Kerschenbaum and Izrael Szwarcwort. They worked hard digging a hole in the ground to hide the Jews. They fed them what little they had during the days and told them of news they had about the war at night.
