         <description><![CDATA[<div>because of the way it is written. If you add 0 to 6, you&nbsp; get 6. 6+0=6 NOT 60. This statement does not provide any explanation about what is happening when a 0 ends up on the end of a number when multiplying by 10.&nbsp;<br>The statement needs to be rewritten to include something about WHY there is a 0 being "added" to the number.</div>]]></description>
