On 20th January 2024, I was purchasing 2 tickets for Bruno Major concert. I bought it in the official website that the promoter directed. </p><p><br/></p><p>After I secured my tickets, I checked my email to get confirmation about the E-ticket that I have to print when I want to exchange the ticket to a wristband. But when I open my email, there is only 1 E-ticket meanwhile I purchased 2 tickets.</p><p><br/></p><p>I have tried to reach out the customer service of the website but the customer service only said I should wait everytime I contact them. One week ago, i purchased "woof woof dog treats" for my pet at this location. I was surprised at what happened when i got home and used this bag of dog food.</p><p><br></p><p>Despite being on the shelf to be sold that day, this dog food had long ago expired. To be exact, it had expired six and a half months prior to the date it was purchased. Since the bag had been on the shelf, i had assumed that the food was still consumable for my pet, but soon i realized that this was not the case.</p><p><br></p><p>After feeding my dog this food, she became violently ill, she would vomit for hours on end, her behavior had a sudden shift and now she would barely eat. I was forced to take her to the vet, as she required lots of medicine and attention. Millions of rupiah later, i realized that her sickness could most definitely came from the expired dog food that i had unknowingly fed her.</p><p><br></p><p>I have been such a loyal customer of Pets world since it opened six years ago and have never experienced any issues with your store. I am both bothered and concerned by the fact that expired food was on the shelves of the store, and i am now hesitant to trust the quality of the other products your selling at your store.
