A multicultural society includes people from several different cultures. People of different colours, nationalities, languages live together in one community. A multi-ethnic society allows people to learn about and experience different ways of life, for example other peoples languages, art, traditions and behaviours.

 

Multicultural education aims to prepare children for living in a multicultural society by giving them an understanding of different cultures. It works against racism and racial disadvantages in schools. When people learn about different ways of life, they can better understand different cultures.

 

On the negative side, cultural differences can divide a society. This can cause prejudice and discrimination. There will be always people who think, that their religion and culture is the best and other cultures are wrong. Ethnic minorities way suffer racial disadvantage on a multi-ethnic society. In education children from ethnic minority groups may not perform as well as they could simply, because they are in an unfamiliar environment.

2.For historical reasons, religious beliefs are different may cause conflict(conflict of doctrine)

5.The transfer of property has some impacts on the country

6.Life, communication, work is hampered, because of language

7.Racial protectionism and nationalism(is not a reason)(ownership)

Disadvantage:

1. Some migrate may be crazy, illegal mind and hate, they endanger other people’s lives.

2.Increase members of migrate take local people job opportunities may lead hate crime.

3. Increased people cause government difficult to manage and security monitoring increase.

4. People from other culture may bring some unhealth things to local place, such as trafficking. 

5. Integration may be difficult for local people who are prejudice, fossil and scared.

6. Low cost of employees may cause employers do not concern productivity, innovation and training any more.

7. The different kinds of lifestyle, language and dress may cause migrate be ridicule and despise .

8. Some ritual, violent crime and conflict may happen between generations or communities.
