The apple looks the way it looks like because Allah (SWT) made the apple look the way it does. Allah (SWT) made everything in the world including apples. Allah (SWT) is the creator and the fashioner. Therefore, he created the apple, and fashioned it look the way it does.

The apple could be green or yellow but Allah made it red. The apple also looks wet like it was just washed but the apple could be unwashed and dry. The apple looks like it was picked from a tree that gave a certain type of apples or it could have came from a super market.
