         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jan studied economics and tax at the Erasmus University Rotterdam before starting his career with the Dutch Revenue Service.&nbsp; In 1989 he joined the tax practice of Arthur Andersen which transferred into Deloitte in 2002.&nbsp; He worked for many clients active in international business and served in many significant leadership roles within Andersen and Deloitte in the Netherlands, in EMEA and at a global level.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Jan has a broad range of interests and has proven track record in leading small and large groups of professionals with a variety of specialisms. Jan left Deloitte in 2018 and he is now active in (non tax) advisory work for a small and larger organisations, amongst others on management topics and energy transition. Jan has a passion for public policy and business. He is executive board member of Capabuild. He was responsible from the start  for a new local TV-station in Rotterdam  The TV-station received four nominations and won Local TV-station of the year, beating 11 other provinces including Amsterdam.  He has worked on media productions and film related activities in the Netherlands and for many years in Indonesia. She was born in Jakarta, Indonesia and spent most of her working life in Indonesia, one of the main countries that Capabuild is working with. She graduated from the London School of Public Relations in Jakarta in 2009. After her graduation she has worked for several large multinationals, whilst also gaining experience in promoting sustainable entrepreneurship.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Premkumar Baldewsing (“Prem”) is a very experienced international tax trainer. He has extensive experience in the (inter)national tax arena, including in senior tax functions within the financial industry sector, the Big Four, law firms and knowledge institutions. Prem has been a senior registrar at the Tax Chamber of the Court of Appeal in The Hague for four years. He is currently a member of the Dutch association for tax science, an extraordinary member of the Dutch association of tax advisers and a member of the Dutch association of international tax law.</div><div>Prem has a master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Leiden.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>With patience and calmness he explains the most difficult international tax issues in such a detailed and accessible way that has made him one of Capabuild's most popular trainers.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bosire Nyamori is Chairperson of CFS,&nbsp;and lectures at the School of Law, University of Nairobi. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Auckland.&nbsp; He previously taught at Massey University, New Zealand and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Mr. Bosire has worked as a tax adviser at Deloitte &amp;Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers and practiced commercial and tax law at Iseme, Kamau &amp; Maema Advocates in Nairobi. Mr. Bosire is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. Although his principal research focus is tax law, he has a continuing interest in: budget policy and law; the interaction between law and accounting; and international economic law, with particular focus on regulation of investments.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Paul de Haan is an international tax expert is the initiator and the co-founder of Capabuild. For more than two decades he worked for PwC, where he served as a European tax and legal engagement partner for multinationals; provided design and guidance of global business transformations, acquisitions and mergers; and was the leader of both the Tax Energy group and the Ebiz group PwC Europe.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>For PwC Europe, he founded the EU Direct Tax group (EUDTG), coordinating European Tax Initiatives, and the European Business Initiative on Tax (EBIT).<br>&nbsp;From 2008 to 2014, Mr de Haan worked as a consultant to PwC, with a focus on the non-profit sector, ethics and taxation, and corporate social responsibility.</div><div><br>&nbsp;He is an experienced teacher and trainer.<br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Eric (1962) is a Partner in the Dutch Transfer Pricing practice of PwC The Netherlands with over 30 years of relevant experience. Since 1999, Eric has focused on Transfer Pricing and business restructurings, and was involved in planning and controversy management for a large number of well-known and complex multinationals. As such, Eric has obtained an in-depth understanding of business operations in a wide variety of industries. He is leading the Dutch transfer pricing controversy and dispute resolution practice and as such involved in obtaining (bilateral) APA’s, MAP, Joint- and domestic Audits.&nbsp;</div><div>From 1989 until 1996, prior to joining PwC, Eric worked with the Dutch Tax Authorities as a State Auditor. After that he worked with Deloitte in the Netherlands. In 2001, Eric was seconded to New York, and from 2003 until 2006 he was located in Chicago as the managing partner of the Dutch Desk. He is a lecturer in Transfer Pricing at the University of Amsterdam and frequent speaker for the IBFD, the Dutch Order of Tax Advisers and other institutions. He has published a number of articles sharing his experience and expressing his view on transfer pricing. Eric studied fiscal economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Anna Gunn (1980) is an international tax specialist with almost 15 years of experience in the field of international and European tax law. She is a partner at Gunn Tax Communication BV and also teaches at the University of Leiden, the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and the University of Curacao. Before that, she spent 8 years at PwC in the Netherlands, working in the area of corporate tax. In 2020, she was awarded the prestigious Jaap van den Berge-Literatuurprijs for her work als de tax commentator and columnist. She holds degrees in Modern and Medieval Languages (MA) and International Taxation (LL.M) from Cambridge University and the University of Leiden, respectively. Since 2021, she has been involved with Capabuild as an instructor.</div>]]></description>
