         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bangla - Group works where everyone can be involved but one person from each person will present.<br>English - Students will be divided in different groups. Each group will have at least one student who is already fluent on the topic that is to be discussed and that person will be responsible for making everyone else understand. Teacher will help if needed.<br>Math - Same as English. Teacher will supervise only.<br>Science - Students will be assigned to different projects with group leaders. Teacher will monitor if the leader is listening to everyone else's voice. To check for understanding, teacher will ask questions to the group members more than to the leaders to make sure everyone is on the same page.<br>BGS - Civic duties and ethical responsibilities will be listed down and the students will be asked to relate the duties to one specific task for each duty. One person from each group will present.</div>]]></description>

So in each english class since it’s communicative English. <br>5. For a group task for English,  I will make two groups. One who have a smart device in their home. Another who does not. I will give a set of questions to each group and they have to find the answers from internet or communicating with other people. (This can also be done regarding different word meanings and such questions from the English text book) </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Grade 3, Chapter- Air<br>(Group Members- Ethar, Mahreen, Anis)<br>As we all are going through this current pandemic, students are communicating with teachers via internet. So, as a Teacher we can give my students assignment on particular experiment to check whether air exist or not. So, they will need assistance from their parents, and they need a plastic bag and a bucket full of water, so when they push down the plastic bag full with water into the bucket, they will get a pressure from the water while pushing down the plastic bag. Besides, when they open the plastic bag under the water slowly, they will see bubbles are coming out; this experiment teaches students to know that air exist. So, students  need to shoot a video of this experiment with the help of others in the family, and the students need to send me the video through their digital device. And we will give them the numbers/points on their activity, video quality, materials used etc. This will help to learn video shooting, and sending through their device using internet. </div>]]></description>

So, the students will go trough a healthy competition and practice leadership in a daily basis. <br><br>Also, cultural and sports activities are a great source of improving leadership. Every Thursday we have half class routine. So, we can practice cultural and sports activities and involve students to organize the program to develop their leadership skills and personal development. <br><br>Leadership is more about believing in oneself to create a world of love and empathy.<br><br>To develop this unique quality we need several activities for our students:<br><br>- Building a strong partnership with students through creating a safe space. <br>- Giving opportunities for the students so that they can manage, organize and lead any kind of activities related to school and community. <br>- Creating a culture of exchanging feedback between educators and students. <br>- Making students realize through creative activities that being collective is more powerful to move with wisdom. <br>- Building a culture of empathy and love not only in the classroom but also in their personal life as well. </div>]]></description>

Students will take ownership and play a leadership role to help and teach others about functioning digital platforms. <br><br>Students will share the significance of digital literacy in terms of online education in the community.
