 الأمراضَ والجراثيمَ والفيروساتِ الضّارّةَ.
 وتقسمُ المجموعاتُ الغذائيّةُ خمسَ مجموعاتٍ، هيَ:
الكربوهيدراتُ، والدّهونُ، والبروتيناتُ، والفيتاميناتُ، والأملاحُ المعدنيّةُ.
