In Celje on top of the mount overlooking the city is the castle. It is one of the oldest castles in Slovenia. It is surrounded by a tall wall in the shape of an extended rectangle. Its main building is quite large with a main tower and is situated in the corner of the courtyard. While on the other side is another standalone tower.
