They are humans too , we want them to be treated like everyone else , they play a big part in our infrastructure.
We want to be considerate and encourage others to be considerate to them too by educating their struggles. 
For our level we can just start by appreciating them and not disrespect them just because of the social stigmas and also educate people around to follow us and not follow the social stigmas

We can also compile a variety of small gifts like appreciation cards and snacks in gift packs and give them to the migrant workers so they can feel more appreciated and recognised
