Sicily was breath-taking, the history, architecture and food. We also spent a day at the beach as it was still boiling mid october! It’s a place I would highly recommend to everyone.

It had a 10m diving board, which I finally plucked up the courage to jump from by the end of the semester, and an Olympic-sized 50m pool. We also practiced our scuba diving course here with the university diving club before heading into the ocean, which was pretty cool. So many fun memories were made here!

This was an incredible day where we got to watch a live crocodile show, learn about the famous Irwin family's work with animals in the region, and feed the kangaroos. Our friend group is comprised of people from all around the world, including several Scots, a few Canadians, a German, and an Australian :)

My friend living in Scotland invited me but couldn't make it himself. His family took me in and allowed me to experience their culture. This included wearing traditional dress and performing choreographed dances with the bride and her brothers. The fact someone dropped the phone mid-picture also adds to the chaotic nature of the entire event.
