 On this second day, i started to work at Blao Corner. I was placed at the kitchen as the kitchen helper first. The thing that I must do was cleaning all the dishes and all the things that being used in the kitchen. This is to make sure all the things in the kitchen can be used and clean to be used. It is important to keep the appliances in the kitchen be clean. So, thats all for my first day working at Blao Corner.

As usual I come to my workplace at 9 a.m. This is my third day working so I need to be more energized because there will be more tasks be given to me. My tasks for this third day also cleaning but today i will be cleaning the backyard of the kitchen. All I need to do is clean all the mess that are in the area of Blao Corner. This day I came to the workplace at 7 a.m. Today i am the one who should cames early to the restaurant because i am going to open the shop. Today me and one of the staff was opening the shop. There are many things that need to be prepared. We are given 30 minutes in order to finish all the preparation to open the restaurant. Today I came a little bit late to the workplace because I went to church early in the morning. Today I has given the challenging tasks by the boss. On this day I am going to cook the "sambal penyet". One of the older staff going to teach me on how to prepared the "sambal penyet". First of all I need to prepared all the ingredients that will be need to make the "sambal penyet". Then I need to prepared the placed to cook it. Lastly, I will mix all the ingredient and cook it. Its took almost 5 hours for the "sambal penyet" to completely cooked.

 Today my activities at work is making some cathering for 20 peoples.. We have only two menu that is fried rice and fried chicken. That function is for primary school student. It was challenging because we have to do the function and at the same time we are making orders for other customers.

Today was the time that I have waiting for. Today I was assigned a task to cook food for customer. From 7 am until 5 pm I only in the kitchen making the customers order. Its very tiring because the all day I stayed in the kitchen but I am very satisfied because cooking also part of my favourite things to do. I have used my old experience as a cook.

As usual for today I comes to work. Today I have special activities. Our boss order me to come with him to their fish pond. He wants me to help me to gives the food to the fish and cleaning around the pond. Today we have a special request where we are going to do some cathering. There are 6 menu's we are going to cook for the cathering. Thats was amazing for me to do some cathering for 50 peoples. Today was my last day doing my siep at Blao Corner. Today I just doing my routine work whereby i standy the food to be cook. It was such an intresting and special experience to work at that place.
