It collects key information about the project’s aims, scope, and relevance, as well as details of the project lead(s), supervisors, and participating students. The form outlines the project’s objectives, proposed methodology or activities, expected outcomes, and any specific requirements such as resources, skills, or training needs. It also captures information on timelines, group size, assessment considerations, and ethical or governance implications where applicable. The completed proforma enables the reviewing team to assess the academic value, feasibility, and alignment of the proposed project with programme objectives before approval and allocation.
