She was just crossing the street outside of her apartment when she got hit by a car and got trapped between 2 lamp posts, she was going to an appointment, so the photo shows that she just got her make up and hair done.
There is nothing else to show.
The face of the woman is framed by the posts and the shirt, bringing the point of focus directly to her.
