width=0.75
Let the length be x.
x/0.75=1.618
x=0.75*1.618=(3/4)*1.618=3*0.4045=1.2135.
Length of the rectangle is 1.2135 metres.

7/8= .875 and the Golden ratio= 1.618.
1/0.875=1.618/x
x=0.875*1.618
x=1.41575
