The people who know him well knows it takes a while for him to be himself, because he's always up late and wants to sleep in, but once you get him up you’ll never have him down until late into the night! He’s always moving around the back of the classroom, never able to stay still, and if you do get him to sit down he’s filling the room with his own laughter and distracting people. He’s always willing to help you with work or with life cause he’s got enough for three people, but never uses it for himself.

You know he never uses it, because when he’s home he’s either playing video games or annoying his brothers. When it’s time to call it a night, he stays up watching YouTube or Netflix in bed. Energy never feels the need to go to sleep, and when he finally sleeps it’s well into the night. The next morning the cycle repeats- with a drowsy Energy wanting to stay in bed, and the crack that means he’s ready for the day.

Excited for the school year,

Ready to have fun.

Second grade came with

A new school and fear of change,

But friends came quickly.

Discovery made

In year three, a math wiz was

King of the subject.

My fourth year was weird,

Cause my class third and fourth

Graders. I know right?

Advancements in math

Led me to a sixth grade class,

But it was short lived.

An angry boy at

A new school, in a small town,

Just wants to go home.

Junior high arrived,

With another school, and a

Found passion for choir.

With friends all around

Me, I was happy again.

Things were looking up.

Oh little Fish, what

Shall you do? Your life is great.

Concussion syndrome,

Lead to depression, and a

Difficult school year…

Junior year! I start

Mental recovery, but

Heartbreak came early.

And I lost myself.

But hearts heal, and I made my

Life, what I wanted.

Twelfth grade already?
