What Ive gained from this Roadshow was being engage with the organization and being connected with one another most especially to our bosses. Informative event belike. As an employee I felt or we felt our importance coz we can participate & vocally engage to the goals of MHSI. Your goals give us motivation to continue our service not only with our company but most of all to our clients. Most importantly we are reunited with our former colleagues from other PCCs

My roadshow experience as a listener was truly insightful and inspiring. Attending the event gave me the opportunity to learn new ideas and approaches that can be applied to our clinic at Maxicare. The discussions covered a wide range of relevant topics, and I appreciated how the speakers addressed real challenges we face in our daily operations. I especially valued the open forum, where questions and concerns were not only welcomed but answered with practical solutions. I'm truly thankful for the knowledge shared during the roadshow and for the thoughtful responses to the problems we raised—it left me more motivated and hopeful for positive changes within our company.
