-Francesca

Taylor Swift is an award winning, record breaking singer-songwriter/actress who has won artist of the decade and has eleven grammies and counting. Other than being an incredibly powerful women she is not afraid to speak up when it comes to feminism which she has also expressed through her song writing for example in an interview about her song mad woman she says "The most rage provoking element of being a Female is the gaslighting that happens when for centuries we have been just expected to absorb male behaviour silently and often times when in an enlightened state and emboldened state now respond to bad male behaviour or somebody just doing something really out of line and we respond and that response is treated like the offence its self." Not only is she a feminist but she also shows her undeniable support time and time again to the LGBTQIA+ community. Her music was sold without her permission by her producer who knew she didn't want to sell her life's work but she is taking back her power as she is re-recording her music so that she herself owns it.

Since 1978 when she acquired the company, she has bought Jil Sander, Helmut Lang and Azzedine Alaïa. In 2002, Prada opened her own art museum.
