INGREDIENTS:
6 ous
150gr farina
150gr ametla
300gr sucre
rallaura d'un llimó
1 sobre de llevat en pols
Es munten les clares a punt de neu, afegim els rovells i el sucre. Agreguem la farina, llevat, ametla i llimó.  Batem tot bé.  Col·loquem la massa en els motles amb el forn precalentat a 150º durant 20 min.
La almendra es un magnífico alimento, sano y que proporciona la energía suficiente al cuerpo.  Por eso con los peque lo podemos potenciar.  Aquí os dejo, también, para hacer magdalenas riquísimas.
INGREDIENTES:
6 huevos
150gr harina
150gr almendra
300gr azúcar
ralladura de 1 limón
1 sobre de levadura en polvo
Se montan las claras a punto de nieve, añadimos las yemas y el azúcar. Ingredients:
200gr de sucre molt
125 gr de mantega
500gr de farina
1 ou
15gr de llevat  en pols
Opcional: vainilla, ametla, canyella, xocolate.
Preparació:
Batre la mantega i el sucre, mesclar amb l'ou i afegir tamisada i, a poc a poc, la farina i el llevat.  En aquest moment també podeu afegir un dels ingredients opcionals.  Es pasta tot bé i es deixa en la nevera per 1 hora, embolicat en film.
Passat aquest temps podem començar a fer les galetes. Finalment es pinta amb llet i ou i s'enfornen a 170º uns 15 minuts.
I a .... menjarrrrr!

Aquí os dejo la receta de galletas de mantequilla, que salen riquísimas para que os divirtáis haciéndolas.
Ingredientes:
200gr de azúcar molido
125 gr de mantequilla
500gr de harina
1 huevo
15gr de  levadura en polvo
Opcional: vainilla, almendra, canela, chocolate.
Preparación:
Batir la mantequilla y el azúcar, mezclar con el huevo y añadir tamizada y, poco a poco, la harina y la levadura.  En este momento, también, podéis añadir uno de los ingredientes opcionales.  Se amasa todo bien y se deja en la nevera por 1 hora, envuelto en film.
Pasado este tiempo podemos empezar a hacer las galletas. Por último se pinta con leche y huevo y se hornean a 170º unos 15 minutos.
Y ¡a .... comerrrr!
