2. I found it challenging that having multiples ideas it also posts us an issue on how to collate it into one main ideas as every ideas that being posted has an advantages to it. It is hard to gather all the advantages into one idea.

I learnt about being patient with another teammates as you might have many thoughts that you can wait to share but it is important to hear other people's idea as well and let them elaborate finish. I've also learnt that coming up with ideas might be easy but it is important that we think about how to carry out the ideas as well in order to carry on to the next stage.
