Understanding: Prepare a sumary of each AVD and record a 2min video.

Applying: classify examples of AVD (personal hygiene, eat, make the purchase, study, make the meal, ) in each type of AVD (basic, intrumentla and advanced)

Analysing: Search for assesment instruments and standarized tests for basic and instrumental AVD. 

Evaluating: Compare the diferent tests and instruments found, apply some of them to a known person (of training practices or a relatives) to conclude wich ones are the most usefull

Creating: With the results of the test/assessment deduce the type of dependence and the conseqüences for this person in his/her daily life and propose some areas of intervention
