         <title>The Kindergarten report card should be created by Kindergarten educators.  This should be reduced in size to a 1-page document, allowing more narrative, and less of the number grades.  In addition, the Kinder report card should look different from the others, since Kinder is NOT mandatory.  There is too much emphasis on academics in Kinder, and the report card is confusing to parents.</title>
