         <description><![CDATA[<div> Social justice aims at fair and justice between the individual and the society by large. When done correctly social justice can create a world where society uses the principles of equality and solidarity as well as acknowledging human rights and dignity of everyone. Social justice and equality are inter-related to each other since if individuals are discriminated basis cast, creed, religion, beliefs, etc. and any of them then equality cannot be achieved. Equality is also ensured through law and law ensures that everyone gets equal opportunities under equal circumstances. Reasonable restrictions on equality can be done like requirement of special education and technical know how and experience for any particle job or opportunity.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For one to understand the leadership function for social justice you will have to understand how to listen and learn. Listening more often leads to the understanding of what the social structure needs. Leadership is the process of persuasion or example by which an individual (or leadership team) induces a group to purse objectives held by the leader or shared by the leader and his or her followers (John.w.Gardner, pg 3 ). Leaders help create, promote and influence in varying roles such as education, work environment,  political office and communities ect. Every leaders role no matter the function  is to ensure that social justice is being invoked. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Transformational and Transactional Leadership </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Transformational leadership is a leadership style in which the leader engages constituents in a manner that transforms, or changes them (Northhouse, 2007). Transactional leadership is primarily concerned with the exchanges that take place between leaders and their followers (Northhouse, 2007). Both leadership styles can be best applied in any environment. There are no standard leadership styles which can be best suited in all circumstances. Therefore, organizations shouldn’t rely on single leadership style, it should employ the best leadership style based on its need and the prevailing conditions. Ensuring to encompass the organization`s mission, vision or goal to provide a clear path to follow. This results in boosting the environment, morale and ensures social justice.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Leadership creates the culture that influences the environment. It’s important for organizations i.e. (schools, political offices and communities) to understand their need for different leadership styles because the leadership style the organizations chooses to implement can have a huge impact on the environment. <br><br></div><div>As the demands of the organizations change and the challenges of coping with change evolve there are two leadership styles that help shape the behaviors within an organization which are; transformational leadership and transactional leadership identified by (Burns1978). There are advantages and disadvantages of both, but both can be used to effectively motivate and direct individuals within varying environments.<br><br></div>]]></description>
